Worked out just now.


1) Repeated day 1 week 1 of the two challenges, just because it's monday and it'll be easier to do things this way (rather than starting on a saturday).

2) Spent 20 mins on the rowing machine before lifting weights, and 5 mins after.

3) Did about 2x10 "overhead triceps extentions" (I'm taking exercise names from here)
3x15 bicep curls
3x15 some shoulder exercise I haven't found online yet
tried to do some lateral flys but my left shoulder hurt (obviously) and it made no sense to just do it with my right arm.


Not exactly pleased by this, but yeah. I decided yesterday was a complete rest day and didn't run - I'll see if I feel like going later today.
