bbc reporting the death of eluana englaro, and the kind words of berlusconi on the matter.

The president had said the prime minister had acted unconstitutionally by attempting to overrule the courts
in-fucking-deed. nobody seems to notice though. and i have not heard this phrase used EVER on the news here. which of course is something that we should really talk about.
